Operating system upgrade of RBI workstations to Fedora 39

Starting from February 26th, 2024 to March 1st, 2024, the operating system will be upgraded for the workstation computers in the Fischer rooms and in the computer laboratory 026 to the new Fedora 39. The rooms will be installed one after the other so that enough workstations should be available.
